DISCUSSION

A WEAK SURFACE FRONT WILL STALL OUT WELL NORTH AND WEST
OF THE BURN SITE LATER THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS THIS MORNING WILL BE OUT
OF THE SOUTH AROUND 5 MPH, THEN INCREASING AS THE INVERSION BREAKS TO
AROUND 10 MPH WITH GUSTS OVER 16 MPH POSSIBLE THROUGH NOON. THIS IS
DUE TO A STRONG LOW-LEVEL JET BETWEEN 1 AND 2 KFT THIS MORNING
THAT WILL BEGIN TO WEAKEN EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. SKIES MOSTLY SUNNY
THROUGH THE DAY, WITH MAYBE SOME THIN HIGH CIRRUS, AND THEN FEW TO
SCATTERED CU AROUND 5 KFT BY THIS AFTERNOON. NO FOG THREAT THIS
MORNING. ANOTHER LOW-LEVEL JET SHOULD SET UP AGAIN TONIGHT, WHICH
SHOULD HELP TO INHIBIT ANY WIDESPREAD FOG FORMATION. CAN NOT RULE
OUT SOME PATCHY FOG AROUND AREAS OF WATER, BUT CONFIDENCE IS LOW.
