AT 535 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...  
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS  
LOCATED 8 NM SOUTHWEST OF WR4. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS NEARLY  
STATIONARY.  
 
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  
WR4 AND WR2.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER  
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK  
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.  
 
INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN
