MINNESOTA OVERNIGHT. WITH TEMPERATURES CLOSE TO OR BELOW  
FREEZING...ICY ROAD CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE AND MAY IMPACT TRAVEL  
DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.  
 
STRONG WINDS ARE EXPECTED ALONG THE FAVORED PORTIONS OF INTERSTATE  
29 BETWEEN SUMMIT AND SISSETON FOR A FEW HOURS OVERNIGHT. WINDS OF
