PRECIPITATION CHANGING TO SNOW LATE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY  
MORNING. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL TO SEE AS MUCH AS 3 TO 5 INCHES  
OF WET, SLUSHY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ACROSS EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA  
ALONG THE I-29 CORRIDOR, ON INTO PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL
