SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA TODAY WITH  
SPEEDS BECOMING BREEZY ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. RELATIVE  
HUMIDITY WILL BOTTOM OUT BETWEEN 35 PERCENT AND 50 PERCENT FOR MOST  
AREAS. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE THIS  
AFTERNOON AND EVENING ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.  
 
AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL BRING PERIODS OF SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS TO THE REGION THIS WEEKEND WITH FAIRLY HIGH HUMIDITY.  
WINDS WILL VARY ACROSS THE AREA AS THE LOW PRESSURE MOVES THROUGH.

CONTENT OF GRASSES AND OTHER DRY ORGANIC MATERIAL ON THE  
GROUND INDICATE THAT THE PROBABILITY OF A FIRE OCCURRENCE IS  
LOW. OUTDOOR BURNING UNDER THESE CONDITIONS CAN USUALLY BE  
PERFORMED WITH REASONABLE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
