DISCUSSION
 
 
SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE AREA THIS MORNING. DURING  
THE AFTERNOON, THEY WILL TURN MORE WESTERLY ACROSS CENTRAL SOUTH  
DAKOTA. RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP INTO THE 20S AND 30S ACROSS THE  
FORECAST AREA TODAY, WITH THE LOWEST READINGS WEST OF THE MISSOURI  
RIVER. SIMILAR HUMIDITY CAN BE EXPECTED ON TUESDAY, ALTHOUGH NORTH  
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA MAY SNEAK DOWN INTO THE UPPER TEENS. WINDS ON  
TUESDAY WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHWEST. ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND A  
DRY AIR MASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH THE WEEK, WITH WINDS  
INCREASING TOWARDS THE END OF THE WEEK.

ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
