WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE LIGHT ACROSS THE AREA TODAY AS SURFACE HIGH  
PRESSURE REMAINS IN PLACE OVER THE REGION. RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL  
DROP INTO THE 20S AND 30S THIS AFTERNOON UNDER MOSTLY SUNNY TO  
PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. ON TUESDAY, WARMER TEMPERATURES WILL MOVE BACK  
INTO THE REGION AS STRONG AND GUSTY SOUTHERLY WINDS DEVELOP THROUGH  
THE DAY. LOW LEVEL MOISTURE WILL BE ON THE INCREASE AS WELL, WITH  
RELATIVE HUMIDITY DROPPING INTO THE 30S AND 40S THROUGHOUT THE AREA.  
RAINFALL CHANCES ARE GOOD TUESDAY NIGHT AS A FRONTAL BOUNDARY MOVES  
ACROSS THE REGION.
