WELL ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES CONTINUE, TOPPING OUT BETWEEN 10 AND  
20 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL THIS AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BE LESS THAN 15  
MPH ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA TODAY, WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES  
STAYING ABOVE 50 PERCENT. HOWEVER, RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES COULD  
FALL INTO THE 20 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE WEST OF THE MISSOURI RIVER.  
 
LOW PRESSURE WILL DIVE ACROSS EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND MINNESOTA  
TONIGHT, WITH WINDY CONDITIONS DEVELOPING ACROSS OUR AREA LATE  
TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY. GUSTS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE.  
TEMPERATURE WILL REMAIN ABOVE NORMAL, WITH HUMIDITY VALUES AROUND 50  
PERCENT OR HIGHER.
