SOUTHEAST BREEZES ARE FORECAST ACROSS THE AREA TODAY WITH MIN RH  
VALUES BOTTOMING OUT IN THE 30S AND 40S THIS AFTERNOON. RAIN SHOWERS  
CAN BE EXPECTED OVER WESTERN AND PORTIONS OF CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA  
TODAY. ON WEDNESDAY, SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL PREVAIL WITH MIN RH VALUES  
IN THE 40S AND 50S DURING PEAK HEATING. TEMPERATURES OVER THE NEXT  
COUPLE DAYS WILL RISE INTO THE 50S TO AROUND 60 DEGREES.

RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS  
ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
