MINNESOTA TODAY. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL SETTLE INTO THE REGION  
OVERNIGHT...BRINGING LIGHT WINDS AND CHILLY TEMPERATURES. PATCHY  
FROST IS POSSIBLE FOR SOME AREAS. WARMER TEMPERATURES ARE IN STORE  
FOR WEDNESDAY AS UPPER LEVEL RIDGING BRIEFLY BUILDS INTO THE REGION.  
 
HIGHS TODAY WILL RISE INTO THE 50S...WITH READINGS AROUND 60 DEGREES  
OVER CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 30S  
TO LOWER 40S. HIGHS ON WEDNESDAY WILL RISE INTO THE 60S EAST TO  
AROUND 70 DEGREES OVER CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.
