...ELEVATED THREAT OF ERRATIC FIRE BEHAVIOR ACROSS ALL OF DEEP  
SOUTH TEXAS THIS MORNING...  
 
MODERATE NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE AREA THIS  
MORNING. IN ADDITION, MUCH DRIER AIR FILTERING INTO THE REGION  
WILL LEAD TO RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE 15 TO 25 PERCENT  
RANGE FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.  
 
THOUGH RED FLAG WARNING CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE MET,  
AFFECTED RESIDENTS ARE URGED TO EXERCISE CARE WITH RESPECT TO ALL  
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES THAT COULD INADVERTENTLY CAUSE WILDFIRES. AVOID  
PARKING VEHICLES IN TALL...DRY GRASS AND WEEDS THAT COULD BE  
IGNITED. DO NOT TOSS CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND. REPORT  
WILDFIRES QUICKLY TO THE NEAREST FIRE DEPARTMENT OR LAW  
ENFORCEMENT OFFICE.  
 
THE THREAT WILL DIMINISH THIS AFTERNOON AS WIND SPEEDS DECREASE  
FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST TO AROUND 10 MPH.
