COASTAL BEND INTO THE BRUSH COUNTRY...  
 
VERY DRY AIR FILTERING IN BEHIND THE COLD FRONT THAT MOVED THROUGH  
YESTERDAY WILL LEAD TO RH VALUES DROPPING TO 20 TO 30 PERCENT  
THROUGH THE COASTAL BEND AND INTO THE VICTORIA CROSSROADS TODAY.  
MODERATE WINDS WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON  
IN THIS REGION AS WELL. WINDS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO REACH RED FLAG  
CRITERIA, BUT ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE POSSIBLE.  
 
FARTHER WEST...VERY LOW RH VALUES ARE EXPECTED BUT WINDS WILL BE  
GENERALLY LIGHT.  
 
AFFECTED RESIDENTS ARE URGED TO EXERCISE CARE WITH RESPECT TO ALL  
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES THAT COULD INADVERTENTLY CAUSE WILDFIRES.  
AVOID THE USE OF WELDING OF GRINDING EQUIPMENT NEAR GRASS AND DRY  
BRUSH. IN ADDITION...AVOID PARKING VEHICLES IN TALL...DRY GRASS  
AND WEEDS THAT COULD BE IGNITED. DO NOT TOSS CIGARETTE BUTTS ON  
THE GROUND. REPORT WILDFIRES QUICKLY TO THE NEAREST FIRE  
DEPARTMENT OR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICE.
