A SOUTHWEST TO WESTERLY LOW LEVEL WIND FLOW WILL PERSIST ACROSS  
THE INCIDENT AREA THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON. WINDS  
WILL DECREASE TO LESS THAN 7 MPH AROUND SUNSET. A COLD FRONT WILL  
MOVE OVER THE AREA BETWEEN 10 AND 11 PM TONIGHT, RESULTING IN A  
WIND SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST - AND EVENTUALLY NORTH OVERNIGHT. LOW  
LEVEL WIND SPEEDS BEHIND THE FRONT SHOULD REMAIN RELATIVELY  
LIGHT AROUND 3 TO 8 MPH AFTER MIDNIGHT, BUT WIND SPEEDS ARE  
EXPECTED TO INCREASE TO 10-15 MPH WITH HIGHER GUTS DURING THE DAY  
ON THURSDAY.
