PERCENT WITH MIXING HEIGHTS INCREASING INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS. A  
SLIGHT CHANCE FOR VERY LIGHT RAIN WILL INCREASE LATE THIS EVENING  
WITH THE BEST CHANCES FOR VERY LIGHT RAIN AFTER MIDNIGHT.
