REAL COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...  
NORTH CENTRAL UVALDE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...  
 
* UNTIL 345 AM CDT  
 
* AT 1238 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING  
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN  
HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN A BAND FROM WEST OF CONCAN TO WEST OF  
LEAKEY. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE WARNED  
AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.  
 
* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...  
LEAKEY...CONCAN...GARNER STATE PARK...RIO FRIO...TUFF...REAGAN  
WELLS AND PRADE RANCH.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE  
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE  
TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS  
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.  
 
FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE  
YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME  
KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS. CAMPERS AND HIKERS SHOULD AVOID STREAMS OR
