...LOCALLY DENSE FOG POSSIBLE ALONG THE LOWER TEXAS COAST THROUGH  
EARLY SUNDAY MORNING...  
 
AREAS OF DENSE MARINE FOG HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS THE NEARSHORE GULF  
WATERS AND PORTIONS OF THE LAGUNA MADRE TONIGHT. SURFACE  
OBSERVATIONS AND VESSEL REPORTS INDICATE VISIBILITIES HAVE ALREADY  
DROPPED TO BELOW 1 MILE OVER THE WATER. SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST WINDS  
MAY PUSH SOME OF THE FOG INTO THE COASTAL LAND AREAS, INCLUDING  
SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, PORT ISABEL, PORT MANSFIELD. VISIBILITIES WILL  
GENERALLY RANGE FROM 1 TO 3 MILES WITH ISOLATED AREAS DROPPING TO  
BELOW 1 MILE AT TIMES. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION, REDUCE  
SPEED, AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS IN AREAS OF LOCALLY DENSE FOG.
