PATCHY TO AREAS OF FOG WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP ACROSS THE COASTAL  
BEND AND VICTORIA CROSSROADS THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL  
GENERALLY RANGE BETWEEN 1 TO 3 MILES. SOME LOCATIONS MAY  
EXPERIENCE PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES LOWERING TO AROUND  
ONE QUARTER OF A MILE AT TIMES.  
 
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE LATER THIS MORNING AS  
TEMPERATURES WARM.  
 
USE CAUTION IF TRAVELING THIS MORNING AND PREPARE FOR RAPIDLY  
CHANGING VISIBILITIES. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND SLOW DOWN WHEN  
ENCOUNTERING FOG. ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH DESTINATIONS.
