OF THIS PROJECT. NORTHWEST WINDS THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING  
WILL SUBSIDE OVERNIGHT. THE ARRIVAL OF A STORM SYSTEM SATURDAY  
MORNING WILL BRING ACCUMULATING SNOW TO THIS PROJECT WITH 2 TO 5
