THE ATMOSPHERE REMAINS MOIST AND UNSTABLE, AND THERE  
WILL BE ANOTHER ROUND OF WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED  
THUNDERSTORMS IN CENTRAL OREGON TODAY. STORMS THAT DEVELOP WILL BE  
SLOW MOVING WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAIN. THERE WILL BE A  
BETTER POTENTIAL FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ON FRIDAY AND SOME  
STORMS COULD BE STRONG WITH HEAVY RAIN, HAIL, AND GUSTY OUTFLOW
