SCATTERED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN POPPING UP OVER THE

MARINERS SHOULD KEEP A CONSTANT EYE ON THE WEATHER AND LOOK OUT
FOR DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS.
