FOR MUCH OF THE REGION...OCTOBER RANKED WAS 1ST OR 2ND WETTEST  
MONTH...THEN ONE OF THE WARMEST NOVEMBERS ON RECORD. THEN A BREAK  
FROM WET AND MILD WITH SNOW...ICE AND COLD IN DECEMBER AND JANUARY.  
FEBRUARY RESUMED WITH RAIN...AND ENDED AS ONE OF THE WETTEST  
FEBRUARYS ON RECORD. AND YET...MOTHER NATURE KEEPS RAIN GOING.  
 
WITH ALL THE RAIN...ONE WOULD EXPECT AN RATHER HIGH NUMBER OF DAY  
WITH RAIN. YES...THAT IS SO. FOR MUCH OF THE REGION... THE TOTAL  
NUMBER OF RAINY DAYS IS SOMEWHERE IN 4TH TO 7TH PLACE AS THE MOST.
