PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN. NEVER DRIVE CARS...TRUCKS OR SPORT UTILITY  
VEHICLES THROUGH FLOODED AREAS. THE WATER MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW  
FOR SAFE PASSAGE. AS LITTLE AS ONE FOOT OF WATER ON THE ROAD CAN MOVE

* AT 7:15 AM TUESDAY, THE STAGE WAS 17.8 FEET.  
* FLOOD STAGE IS 17.8 FEET.  
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 18.0 FEET BY  
TOMORROW AFTERNOON. THE RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE LATE
