INCREASE TO 25 TO 35 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 45 KNOTS LATER TONIGHT  
THROUGH TUE.  
 
* SEAS...COMBINED 13 TO 16 FEET TODAY THEN NEAR 12 FEET TONIGHT.  
SEAS WILL INCREASE TO 16 TO 18 FEET ON TUESDAY.

RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE  
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.  
 
A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR WIND MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO  
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE
