NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DULUTH MN

A STRONG AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE NORTHEASTWARD INTO  
NORTHERN IOWA BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL CONTINUE  
MOVING NORTHEASTWARD INTO EASTERN UPPER MICHIGAN BY TUESDAY  
MORNING. THIS WILL RESULT IN RAIN LIKELY ACROSS MUCH OF THE  
REGION WITH A FEW THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE ACROSS WISCONSIN. IN  
ADDITION, RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW FROM SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA  
TO NORTHEAST MINNESOTA. SNOWFALL MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES. LOWS RANGE  
FROM THE LOW 30S FROM SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA TO NORTHEAST MINNESOTA,  
TO THE LOW 40S IN SOUTHERN WISCONSIN.  
 
SNOW WILL CONTINUE FROM SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA TO NORTHEAST MINNESOTA  
MONDAY MORNING, HOWEVER SNOW WILL CHANGE OVER TO RAIN FROM  
SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA TO THE BRAINERD LAKES REGION DURING THE  
AFTERNOON. THE REST OF THE REGION WILL SEE ALL RAIN. HIGHS RANGE  
FROM THE LOW 30S IN NORTHEAST MINNESOTA, TO THE LOW 60S IN THE  
CENTRAL DAKOTAS. DUE TO THIS SYSTEM, WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES AND  
WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF THE REGION. PLEASE VISIT
