AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER EASTERN LAKE SUPERIOR TRAILS A COLD  
FRONT ACROSS NORTHERN WISCONSIN AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA, BRINGING  
SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS TO AREAS ALONG THE FRONT THIS  
EVENING. THIS ACTIVITY STRETCHES ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HALF OF  
MINNESOTA INTO MUCH OF WISCONSIN AND UPPER MICHIGAN WITH DRY  
CONDITIONS ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE UPPER MIDWEST. A TROUGH  
WILL SWEEP INTO NORTHERN PLAINS AND UPPER MIDWEST TONIGHT,  
BRINGING A CHANCE FOR A FEW LIGHT SHOWERS ACROSS NORTHEASTERN  
NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA. A FEW SHOWERS AND STORMS MAY  
LINGER ACROSS SOUTHERN AND EASTERN WISCONSIN AS WELL. LOWS WILL BE  
IN THE LOW TO MIDDLE 50S ACROSS MOST OF THE REGION, BUT SOUTHERN  
AND EASTERN WISCONSIN WILL SEE UPPER 50S TO MIDDLE 60S. MUCH OF  
THE REGION WILL DRY OUT FOR FRIDAY, ALTHOUGH A FEW SHOWERS MAY BE  
SEEN ACROSS NORTHEASTERN MINNESOTA AND NORTHWESTERN WISCONSIN AS  
THE TROUGH CONTINUES TO MOVE THROUGH. HIGHS FRIDAY WILL RANGE FROM  
THE LOWER 60S NORTH TO MIDDLE 70S SOUTH. A FEW SHOWERS MAY LINGER  
FRIDAY NIGHT ACROSS NORTHERN MINNESOTA AND THE RED RIVER VALLEY,  
BUT MUCH OF THE REGION WILL SEE DRY CONDITIONS UNDER VARIABLY  
CLOUDY SKIES. LOWS WILL BE IN THE UPPER 40S NORTH TO MIDDLE 50S
