ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS. THESE  
SHOWERS AND STORMS SHOULD CONTINUE TO INCREASE IN BOTH COVERAGE AND  
INTENSITY THROUGH 230 PM. LOCALLY HEAVY DOWNPOURS RESULTING IN A  
QUICK ONE HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THESE SLOW  
MOVING SHOWERS AND STORMS. IN ADDITION, GUSTY WINDS TO 30 MPH COULD  
OCCUR WITH ANY OF THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS.
