..AREAS OF VALLEY FOG WILL LINGER THROUGH 10 AM IN SOME SPOTS
 
 
VALLEY FOG WILL SLOWLY DISSIPATE THROUGHOUT THE MORNING, BUT IS  
VERY DENSE IN A FEW SPOTS AS OF 8:30 AM EDT, REDUCING VISIBILITIES  
TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. MANY AREAS WILL SEE MUCH  
IMPROVED VISIBILITIES BY 9 AM, BUT PARTS OF THE GREENBRIER VALLEY  
MAY NOT CLEAR UP UNTIL 10 OR 1030 AM.  
 
MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED TO SLOW DOWN AS VISIBILITIES MAY  
SUDDENLY DROP ON YOUR ROUTE WHEN DRIVING INTO VALLEYS.
