BECOMING WESTERLY AT 10 TO 20 MPH. MOST AREAS WILL SEE MORE SUN  
THAN CLOUDS, BUT A FEW CLOUDS WILL LINGER ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL  
SOUTH DAKOTA THROUGHOUT THE DAY. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES  
THIS AFTERNOON WILL RANGE FROM 25 TO 35 PERCENT.

INDICATE THAT THE PROBABILITY OF A FIRE OCCURRENCE IS LOW.  
OUTDOOR BURNING UNDER THESE CONDITIONS CAN USUALLY BE PERFORMED  
WITH REASONABLE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
