CLIMBING INTO THE LARAMIE RANGE FOOTHILLS AND REACHING THE I80  
SUMMIT FROM MILE MARKERS 350 TO 320. PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN  
TRAVELING THROUGH THESE AREAS AS VISIBILITIES COULD QUICKLY BE  
REDUCED. PLACE MORE SPACE BETWEEN YOU AND VEHICLE AHEAD AND REDUCE  
SPEED. CONDITIONS WILL SLOWLY IMPROVE THROUGH THE LATE MORNING AND
