PROMPTED WINTER STORM AND SNOWFALL WARNINGS TO BE ISSUED SATURDAY,  
SEPTEMBER 28. THIS VIGOROUS LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM BROUGHT HEAVY  
SNOWFALL AMOUNTS AS HIGH AS 40 CENTIMETRES, AND BLOWING SNOW TO  
SOUTHWESTERN SASKATCHEWAN.
