FREEZING SPRAY WARNING IN EFFECT.  
 
A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE THAT CROSSED NOVA SCOTIA THIS AFTERNOON  
BROUGHT STRONG SOUTHWEST TO THE AREA, BUT THOSE ARE DIMINISHING AS  
THE TROUGH MOVES OUT. TONIGHT, A COUPLE OF AREAS OF LOW PRESSURE  
WILL PASS OFFSHORE OF THE ATLANTIC COAST. THE WINDS WILL SHIFT TO  
THE NORTH TONIGHT AS THE LOWS TRACK PAST. WINDS WILL BECOME  
NORTHWEST LATER SATURDAY AS THE LOWS DEEPENING EAST OF NEWFOUNDLAND  
AND AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE TRIES TO FORCE ITS WAY TOWARD THE  
MARITIMES.  
 
FREEZING SPRAY LEVELS WILL INCREASE TO MODERATE EARLY SATURDAY  
MORNING AS THE COLD ARRIVES AND THERE IS A RISK OF REACHING SEVERE  
LEVELS BY EVENING AS THE NORTHWEST STRENGTHENS, THE WAVE HEIGHTS  
BUILD SLIGHTLY, AND THE TEMPERATURE CONTINUES TO DROP.
