AT 10.00 AM NST TUESDAY 28 NOVEMBER 2006.  
THE NEXT SCHEDULED SYNOPSIS WILL BE ISSUED AT 3.30 PM.  
 
WITH EFFECT 1.00 PM TODAY 28 NOVEMBER THE HEADER FOR THIS BULLETIN  
WILL CHANGE. IT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AS FQCN20 CYQX AND IN  
FRENCH AS FQCN80 CYQX.  
 
A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL GRADUALLY BUILD OVER THE MARITIMES  
TODAY AND TONIGHT AND WILL MOVE TO LIE JUST SOUTHWEST OF NEWFOUNDLAND  
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. GENERALLY STRONG TO GALE FORCE NORTHWESTERLIES  
WILL PREVAIL ACROSS MUCH OF THE DISTRICT TODAY AND WEDNESDAY WELL  
AHEAD OF THE RIDGE. WINDS WILL DIMINISH TO MODERATE TO STRONG AS THE  
RIDGE APPROACHES.  
 
MARINE INTERESTS ARE ADVISED THAT GALE WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR  
BELLE ISLE..EAST COAST NORTH OF CAPE ST FRANCIS..NORTHEAST COAST..  
BELLE ISLE BANK..FUNK ISLAND BANK...NORTHERN GRAND BANKS AND THE  
SOUTHEASTERN GRAND BANKS NORTHEASTERN HALF.  
FREEZING SPRAY WARNINGS ARE CONTINUED FOR BELLE ISLE..NORTHEAST  
GULF..GULF-PORT AU PORT AND THE NORTHEAST COAST.
