NST TUESDAY 28 NOVEMBER 2006.  
THE NEXT SCHEDULED SYNOPSIS WILL BE ISSUED AT 4.00 PM.  
 
AS OF 1.00 PM TODAY 28 NOVEMBER THE HEADER FOR THIS BULLETIN WILL  
CHANGE. IT WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AS FQCN21 CYQX AND IN FRENCH  
AS FQCN81 CYQX.  
 
A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE SOUTHEAST OF GREENLAND WILL DRIFT EASTWARD  
TODAY WHILE A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO QUEBEC AND WESTERN  
LABRADOR. STRONG TO GALE FORCE NORTHWEST WINDS WILL PREVAIL ACROSS  
THE DISTRICT TODAY AND WEDNESDAY.  
THE RIDGE WILL BUILD TOWARDS THE LABRADOR COAST BY WEDNESDAY  
EVENING BRINGING DIMINISHING WINDS LATER ON WEDNESDAY TO COASTAL  
WATERS.  
 
MARINE INTERESTS ARE ADVISED THAT GALE WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR  
ALL AREAS. FREEZING SPRAY WARNINGS ARE IN EFFECT FOR LAKE MELVILLE..  
SOUTH LABRADOR COAST..MID LABRADOR COAST AND NORTH LABRADOR COAST.
