WINDY AND RAINY START TO THE WEEKEND TO USHER IN THE FALL SEASON...  
 
AN INTENSE EARLY-FALL STORM WILL CROSS CENTRAL QUEBEC INTO LABRADOR  
ON SATURDAY BRINGING RAIN AND STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS TO  
NOVA SCOTIA BEGINNING OVERNIGHT TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING. AT  
THIS TIME, WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW WARNING CRITERIA FOR  
MOST OF THE PROVINCE, BUT GUSTS MAY REACH 70 TO 80 KILOMETRES PER  
HOUR, ESPECIALLY ALONG THE COAST. A WIND WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR  
THE TANTRAMAR MARSH AREA WHERE SOUTHWESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO  
GUST UP TO 90 KM/H OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.
