==DISCUSSION==

POOR VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW IS EXPECTED OR OCCURRING IN
SOME LOCATIONS.

GUSTY NORTHWESTERLY WINDS TO 70 KM/H ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER
NORMAN WELLS LATE TUESDAY NIGHT. THESE WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH FRESH
SNOWFALL TO GIVE REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW. CONDITIONS
ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE BY EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY.
CONSIDER POSTPONING NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.

BLOWING SNOW ADVISORIES ARE ISSUED WHEN WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO CREATE
