BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WITH POOR VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW

BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AS A
LOW PRESSURE CENTRE WILL PASS THROUGH THE REGION GIVING BOTH SNOW
AND STRONG WINDS. BLIZZARD CONDITIONS SHOULD DISSIPATE THURSDAY NEAR
NOON.
