==DISCUSSION==  
 
BLIZZARD WITH NEAR ZERO VISIBILITIES THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY.  
 
STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS OF 50 GUSTING 70 KM/H HAVE DEVELOPED IN CLYDE  
RIVER BRINGING POOR VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW. THE BLIZZARD WILL  
CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT AND FRIDAY. WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN FURTHER,  
GUSTING AS HIGH AS 80 KM/H AT TIMES ALONG WITH PERIODS OF NEAR ZERO  
VISIBILITY.  
 
THE WINDS WILL FINALLY EASE FRIDAY NIGHT, BRINGING AN END TO THE  
BLOWING SNOW ACROSS THE AREA.  
 
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED  
VISIBILITY. VISIBILITY WILL BE SUDDENLY REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO AT  
TIMES IN HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. CONSIDER POSTPONING  
NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE. PUBLIC SAFETY CANADA  
ENCOURAGES EVERYONE TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY PLAN AND GET AN EMERGENCY  
KIT WITH DRINKING WATER, FOOD, MEDICINE, A FIRST-AID KIT AND A
