SYNOPSIS
 
TROPICAL STORM KYLE WAS LOCATED NEAR 38.7N 68.0W AT  
5 AM EDT WHILE MOVING ENE AT 18 KT. KYLE WILL MOVE TO NEAR 39.7N  
64.7W BY 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON, MOVE TO 41.0N 60.4W AT 2 AM EDT  
TONIGHT, AND THEN MOVE WELL E OF THE AREA ON SUN WHILE  
TRANSITIONING TO A POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE. SEE THE LATEST ADVISORY  
FROM THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER FOR MORE INFORMATION ON KYLE.  
OTHERWISE, A STATIONARY FRONT WILL WEAKEN OVER THE FAR NORTHERN  
WATERS TODAY. A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL BUILD S OVER THE FAR  
NORTHERN WATERS TODAY INTO SUN, THEN SHIFT E OF THE AREA SUN  
NIGHT. A WARM FRONT WILL LIFT N ACROSS THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL  
WATERS TONIGHT INTO SUN NIGHT. DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE  
OFF THE NORTH CAROLINA COAST EARLY SUN, AND CONTINUE MOVING NE  
OVER THE AREA LATE SUN THROUGH MON WHILE PULLING A COLD FRONT  
OVER THE WATERS. THE LOW WILL MOVE NE OF THE AREA LATE MON INTO  
TUE NIGHT AS THE FRONT STALLS ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN  
WATERS WHILE WEAKENING. THE FRONT WILL THEN LIFT SLOWLY N AS A  
WARM FRONT WED AND WED NIGHT. ANOTHER WEAK RIDGE WILL BUILD OVER  
THE NORTHERN WATERS TUE INTO WED, THEN SHIFT E OF THE REGION WED
