SYNOPSIS
 
A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH WILL REMAIN ALONG THE COASTS OF  
WASHINGTON AND OREGON TONIGHT. A HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL BUILD  
ACROSS THE WATERS MON, THEN MOVE S MON NIGHT AND TUE AS A WEAK  
WARM FRONT MOVES ACROSS THE FAR N PORTION. A COLD FRONT WILL  
SLOWLY APPROACH THE AREA TUE NIGHT THROUGH THU, MOVE INTO THE  
REGION THU NIGHT WHILE WEAKENING, THEN DISSIPATE FRI. ANOTHER  
COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE WATERS FRI NIGHT.
