PRIMARY CAUSE: ICE JAM  
 
REASON FOR WARNING/ADVISORY:  
 
AN ICE JAM ON THE BUCKLAND RIVER ADJACENT TO BUCKLAND HAS CAUSED  
WATER LEVELS TO RISE 10 FEET AT BUCKLAND OVER PAST 48 HOURS. WATER  
LEVELS ARE CONTINUING TO RISE AND APPROACHING BANKFULL LEVELS.  
FLOODING IS POSSIBLE UNTIL THE ICE JAM RELEASES.  
 
EXPECTED IMPACTS: FOODING IS POSSIBLE IN NEXT 48 HOURS.  
 
COMMENTS: ICE DOWNRIVER FROM BUCKLAND LOOKS SOLID AND LOTS OF SNOW  
STILL TO MELT IN MOUNTAINS. BUCKLAND RESIDENTS ARE CONCERNED IT  
COULD BE A BAD BREAKUP FLOOD THIS YEAR.
