...MORE RECORD WARM TEMPERATURES ARE PROBABLE TUESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY...

AS A RIDGE CONTINUES TO BUILD OVER SOUTHEAST ALASKA AND SUNNY
WEATHER EXPANDS IN COVERAGE TUESDAY, WE ARE EXPECTING MORE
TEMPERATURES AROUND OR ABOVE 60 DEGREES. SOME TEMPERATURES COULD
APPROACH 70 DEGREES. BUT THE WARMING COULD BE LOCALIZED AS ANY
CHANNEL BREEZES DEVELOPING COULD LOWER HIGH TEMPERATURES FROM
EXPECTATIONS, GIVEN CHILLY SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURES. EVEN AS
CLOUDS MOVE IN WEDNESDAY, IT COULD BE NEARLY AS WARM AS TUESDAY.

..HEAVY RAINS TO END AND RIVERS TO CREST THIS AFTERNOON

RAINFALL OF AROUND 6 INCHES HAS FALLEN AROUND YAKUTAT, AND RIVERS
AND STREAMS CONTINUE TO RISE AS OF MID-AFTERNOON. RAINFALL LOOKS
TO END SOON AS IT PUSHES TO THE WEST OF THE AREA. THIS WILL ALLOW
RIVERS AND STREAMS TO CREST AND BEGIN TO FALL. AT THIS TIME, OTHER
THAN HIGH WATER AROUND THE AREA, THERE HAVE BEEN NO IMPACTS WITH
THIS SYSTEM.
