NORTHERN LIMESTONE AND SOUTHWESTERN LINCOLN COUNTIES UNTIL 800 PM  
CDT...  
 
AT 713 PM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A LARGE CLUSTER OF  
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ALONG THE ALABAMA-  
TENNESSEE BORDER. THIS CLUSTER OF STROMS WAS CENTERED 10 MILES EAST  
OF LEXINGTON, OR 16 MILES NORTHWEST OF ATHENS, AND MOVING EAST AT 20  
MPH.  
 
WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM. RAINFALL  
RATES UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL ALSO OCCUR, AND COULD LEAD TO  
SIGNIFICANT PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS AND MINOR FLOODING.  
 
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  
ATHENS, ROGERSVILLE, ARDMORE, KILLEN, LEXINGTON, ELKMONT, ANDERSON,  
LESTER, GREEN HILL AND GOOD SPRINGS.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
VERY HEAVY RAINFALL IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM, AND MAY LEAD TO  
LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
