TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO BE WELL BELOW AVERAGE THROUGH THE  
WEEKEND, WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 60S TO LOW 70S ACROSS THE REGION  
THIS AFTERNOON. BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL BE SEEN ACROSS IMPERIAL  
COUNTY LATE THIS AFTERNOON, WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 30 KTS  
POSSIBLE. FOLLOWING THIS, LIGHT TO MODERATE DIURNAL WINDS WILL  
PREVAIL ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH THE WEEKEND. A DRYING TREND WILL  
BEGIN TODAY, WITH LITTLE TO NO WETTING RAINS EXPECTED. MAXRH'S  
WILL RANGE FROM 70-90% TODAY, BEFORE DECREASING TO AROUND 40-60%  
THROUGH THE WEEKEND. WHILE MINRH'S BETWEEN 25-45% TODAY WILL
