A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL INCREASE STORM CHANCES IN SOUTH-  
CENTRAL ARIZONA TODAY. THE BEST CHANCES WILL BE EAST OF A LINE  
EXTENDING FROM SUNFLOWER, AZ TO SUPERIOR AZ THIS AFTERNOON. STORMS  
WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE DRY LIGHTNING AND ERRATIC  
GUSTY WINDS. OUTSIDE OF THUNDERSTORMS, SURFACE WINDS ARE EXPECTED  
TO REMAIN ON THE LIGHTER SIDE. MINIMUM HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM  
THE TEENS IN SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA TO THE LOW 30S IN FAR EASTERN
