VERY WET AND UNSETTLED CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE EASTERN  
PORTIONS OF THE GREATER PHOENIX AREA FOR THE MONDAY INTO TUESDAY  
TIME FRAME. A WET LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL APPROACH FROM THE WEST  
TONIGHT AND INTO THE DAY MONDAY BRINGING INCREASING CLOUDS AS  
WELL AS GRADUALLY INCREASING SHOWERS. WIDESPREAD SHOWERS OR  
PERIODS OF RAIN ARE EXPECTED MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING AS  
THE LOW MOVES ACROSS THE AREA WITH RAIN DECREASING DURING THE DAY  
TUESDAY. HUMIDITY WILL BE HIGHLY ELEVATED WITH MINIMUM RH VALUES  
TYPICALLY 40 PERCENT OR HIGHER EACH DAY. THERE MAY BE AN ISOLATED  
THUNDERSTORMS MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO EARLY MONDAY EVENING. WINDS  
WILL FAVOR THE EAST TONIGHT INTO MONDAY WITH A FEW AFTERNOON GUSTS  
INTO THE TEENS POSSIBLE MONDAY. WINDS TO BECOME RATHER LIGHT ON
