WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE. FLASH FLOODING IS NO LONGER  
EXPECTED TO POSE A THREAT. HOWEVER, DUE TO PROLONGED RAIN, RIVERS,  
STREAMS, AND WASHES WILL LIKELY HAVE ELEVATED FLOWS IN THE AREA.
