HIGH PRESSURE WAS IN PLACE FOR MUCH OF THE MONTH.  
SEVERAL WEAK TROUGH'S MOVED THROUGH THE AREA EARLIER IN THE MONTH,  
HOWEVER THEY WERE DRY. THE MONTH REMAINED DRY UNTIL SOME LIGHT RAIN  
FELL ON THE 29TH. TEMPERATURES ENDED THE MONTH CLOSE TO NORMAL,  
WITHIN A HALF A DEGREE. ONE NOTABLE EVENT WAS THE DENSE FOG ON THE  
26TH AND THE 27TH. VERY DENSE FOG PERSISTED THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY  
AT THE IMMEDIATE COAST ON THESE DAYS. NO RECORDS WERE SET THIS
