.SNOWMELT OVER THE HIGH SIERRA NEVADA COMBINED WITH LARGE WATER  
RELEASES OUT OF DAMS WILL PRODUCE MODERATELY HIGH WATER LEVELS  
ALONG MANY MAINSTEM RIVERS FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS.  
 
FORECASTS ARE BASED ON PRESENT AND FORECASTED METEOROLOGICAL AND  
HYDROLOGIC CONDITIONS AT TIME OF ISSUANCE.  
 
UNLISTED FORECAST POINTS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW MONITOR STAGE.
