WARMER THAN NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST  
THROUGH TUESDAY. AFTERNOON UPSLOPE GUSTS WILL BE COMMON HOWEVER  
SPEEDS WILL BE SOMEWHAT DAMPENED THROUGH THIS EVENING WITH THE  
HIGH CLOUD COVER AND WEAK GRADIENT FLOW. BREEZY TO LOCALLY WINDY  
CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP TUESDAY, WITH GUSTS POTENTIALLY REACHING  
UP TO 35-40 MPH ACROSS SOUTHEAST CA AND THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER  
VALLEY IN THE AFTERNOON. A VERY DRY AIRMASS WILL REMAIN IN PLACE  
RESULTING IN AFTERNOON MINIMUM HUMIDITY VALUES AROUND 8-10% TODAY,  
BEFORE INCREASING INTO A 12-18% RANGE MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
