A WEATHER SYSTEM WILL BRING STRONGER WINDS ACROSS THE AREA  
SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND SUNDAY. THE STRONGEST WINDS, WITH GUSTS  
UPWARDS OF 25-35 MPH, WILL SPREAD ACROSS SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA AND  
WESTERN ARIZONA. WINDS FURTHER EAST WILL BE LIGHTER ALTHOUGH GUSTS  
ON ANY PEAKS ARE POSSIBLE. RH VALUES WILL DROP INTO THE 30-45%  
RANGE WITH OVERNIGHT RECOVERY VALUES EXCEEDING 60% FOR MOST AREAS.
