HUMID CONDITIONS ACROSS THE AREA. STRATUS ASSOCIATED WITH THE  
MARINE LAYER WILL LINGER ACROSS THE BURN AREA THROUGH TONIGHT AND  
THEN MOSTLY ERODE BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. HOWEVER, THE AIR MASS  
WILL REMAIN GENERALLY COOL AND HUMID DESPITE POTENTIAL AFTERNOON  
CLEARING. OTHERWISE, WINDS WILL RANGE FROM LIGHT ACROSS WIND  
SHELTERED AREAS, TO LOCALLY GUSTY UP TO 20 MPH ACROSS EXPOSED  
RIDGES AND THROUGH CHANNELED TERRAIN.
