BREEZY OFFSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED OVER THE BURN SITE FRIDAY MORNING,
BUT THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THESE WINDS STAY IN THE HILLS. THE WINDS
SHOULD TURN ONSHORE EARLY IN THE AFTERNOON, WITH A LIKELY WINDOW OF
REVERSAL SOMETIME BETWEEN 12 AND 3PM. THERE IS A CHANCE THAT LOW
CLOUDS AND FOG WILL BE AROUND EARLY IN THE MORNING, BUT SHOULD CLEAR
OUT QUICKLY ONCE THE OFFSHORE WINDS BEGIN.
