CONDITIONS TO THE WILDER RANCH RX BURN SITE. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO  
REMAIN LIGHT OVER THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS. OVERNIGHT, A LOW LEVEL  
INVERSION WILL LIKELY DEVELOP CAUSING PATCHY FOG AND TRAPPING LOW  
LEVEL AIR. THIS SHOULD BREAK WITHIN A FEW HOURS AFTER SUNRISE ON
