THURSDAY AND FRIDAY IN THE WARMEST VALLEYS. THERE WILL BE SOME  
NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS OVER DEL NORTE COUNTY AGAIN TONIGHT MAINLY  
OVER THE EXPOSED RIDGES, WITH LOCALIZED GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH. RH  
RECOVERIES WILL BE LOWER OVER THE INTERIOR RIDGES OF HUMBOLDT  
COUNTY AS WELL TONIGHT AND THURSDAY NIGHT, WITH LOW AFTERNOON RH  
AS WELL. NORTHERLY WINDS MAY BE BREEZY IN LOCALIZED SPOTS, BUT  
OTHERWISE SHOULD BE RELATIVELY LIGHT.

LAKE COUNTIES TONIGHT AND AGAIN THURSDAY NIGHT, WITH LOW AFTERNOON  
RH AS WELL. WINDS THERE MAY BE BREEZY OVER THE HIGHER EXPOSED
