NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH, BUT ALSO REGENERATING FURTHER WEST NEAR SILVER  
LAKE. THROUGH 9 PM PDT EXPECT THE POSSIBILITY OF SCATTERED RAIN  
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN LAKE COUNTY,  
GENERALLY NORTH OF PAISLEY.
