..FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED
 
 
THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF ARIZONA AND SOUTHEAST  
CALIFORNIA HAS BEEN CANCELLED. A STRONG UPPER LOW MOVING INTO  
ARIZONA RESULTED IN WIDESPREAD SHOWERS ACROSS THE LOWER DESERTS  
SATURDAY. MANY LOCATIONS PICKED UP 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN RESULTING  
IN FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING. OVERNIGHT THE LOW WEAKENED AND  
SHOWERS DISSIPATED. ALTHOUGH ISOLATED SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE THIS  
MORNING, THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING HAS ENDED AND THE FLASH  
FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
