VALLEYS...COACHELLA VALLEY...SAN DIEGO COUNTY DESERTS AND SAN  
GORGONIO PASS NEAR BANNING.  
 
* UNTIL 8 PM PDT THIS EVENING  
 
* SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY EVENING. LOCALLY  
HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED WITH ISOLATED FLASH FLOODING  
POSSIBLE.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
