ESPECIALLY NEAR OR BELOW RECENT BURN AREAS.

- AT 210 PM PST, ROUNDS OF HIGH ELEVATION SNOW AND HEAVY RAIN  
ARE FORECAST TODAY THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING BEFORE  
TRANSITIONING TO SNOW.  
- ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES ARE EXPECTED  
OVER THE AREA. THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL RESULT IN MINOR
