ADJACENT FOOTHILLS, AND THE EASTERN DELTA. INCLUDES THE CITIES  
OF REDDING, CHICO, SACRAMENTO, GRASS VALLEY, STOCKTON AND  
MODESTO.  
 
* WHEN...UNTIL 7 PM PDT SATURDAY.  
 
* IMPACTS...WIDESPREAD MODERATE TO HIGH HEAT RISK EXPECTED. HOT
